Overview

Hubble is a communications hub that connects to all of your IM services and accepts Jabber connections. It presents the buddy lists from the connected IM services as Jabber buddies to connected Jabber clients. Hubble routes messages from IM services to all connected Jabber clients, and messages from connected Jabber clients to the appropriate IM service. Hubble adds an additional buddy to the buddy list that acts as a command line interface to the system.

Installation

1. svn co http://hubble-im.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/hubble-im/trunk hubble-im

2. cd hubble-im
   ./configure && make
   su
   make install

3. Run hubble from a directory it will have write access (try ~/.hubble). Hubble will use the current working directory to look for config files and store logs.
4. Connect to Hubble using Pidgin 2.0 or better as a Jabber server with user name "user" and any password.
5. Say hello to Hubble@Hubble to get a list of available commands. I reccomend you reset your password at this time.
